Privacy Policy
Fatwa and financial assistance requests
These forms collect your name, email, optional phone, country, request category, subject and description. Assistance applications also collect the requested amount and currency. The information is stored in the administrator-restricted enquiry inbox for assessment and follow-up; it is not published as a case study or used for automatic religious rulings or automatic grant decisions. Religious questions and financial circumstances can be sensitive. Share only necessary context; do not submit identity documents, bank passwords or unnecessary details about others. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests and retention information. Notifications ask administrators to sign in rather than copying your detailed request into email.
Partnership enquiries
Partnership forms collect your name, email, optional organization and country, interest category and message so the institute can assess and respond to your enquiry. These introductions are kept in the staff enquiry inbox and are not publicly displayed.
Contributions and student feedback
Contribution forms collect your name, email, intended amount, currency, purpose and optional message for administration and bank-receipt verification. These donor details are not publicly listed. Homepage testimonials use approved quotations and public names with permission. The student review-submission flow is no longer offered. Contact support about publication permission, legacy feedback records or data and retention requests.

Arsh Islamic Institute LLC collects information needed to operate its website, answer enquiries, process student applications, deliver courses and maintain academic and payment records.
Information We Collect
This may include names, contact details, parent or guardian details, account credentials, course selections, profile photographs, learning records, communications, transaction references and technical usage information.
Payment Information
Course payments use bank transfer after admissions approval. We collect payment references for manual reconciliation. Do not submit card details, bank login details or passwords through our enquiry forms.
How We Use Information
We use information to review applications, create student records, allocate classes, provide support, communicate course and payment information, prevent misuse, issue certificates and comply with legal obligations.
Service Providers and International Transfers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, video-conferencing, payment and learning-platform providers in the United States, United Kingdom or other countries.
Children
Minors must use the service with parent or guardian involvement. Where required, we obtain parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13.
Retention and Security
We retain records as reasonably needed for education, accounting, dispute resolution and legal compliance, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@arshislamicinstitute.com.
Optional analytics and advertising measurement
If the institute configures Google Analytics or Google Ads measurement, optional Google tags load only after you allow the relevant category through Privacy choices. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. You can reopen Privacy choices in the footer and change it. Essential session storage supports sign-in, cart selections and form security independently of optional measurement.
Consented measurement can record public page visits and a saved course-application event. We do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, passwords, selected course subjects, raw application references or payment information in these events. Query strings and referring URLs are excluded from the configured page data. Application events use an opaque reference hash to help prevent duplicate counting; an application is not a purchase.
Google may process browser, device, IP and measurement-cookie information under its own privacy terms. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. We do not enable remarketing audiences or enhanced conversions. See how Google uses information from partner sites.
